Payment Policy

Prices on softweavegoods.com are displayed in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted for fulfillment.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Depending on checkout availability, these may include major credit or debit cards and accelerated payment options supported by our commerce and payment providers. We do not ask customers to send full card numbers by email or telephone.

Authorization and Charges

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to process the order total, including applicable sales tax and any optional paid service shown before checkout. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. If payment cannot be authorized, the order may not be completed.

Pricing and Taxes

The product price shown on the product page and the final order total shown at checkout control the transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error before shipment. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the order and delivery information. Standard United States shipping is free.

Payment Security

Payment details are processed through authorized payment service providers. Soft Weave Goods does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers in ordinary customer service records. Customers are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity involving an order.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time after we submit a refund depends on the card issuer, bank, or payment provider. Refunds are not issued to an unrelated payment account.
